What are the Functions within Account Manager

Our High Streets use some systems to provide the information on our website. At the top of the account management pages, there is a menu which can quickly take you to each section. The details of which are below:

Main Dashboard:

This is where you see all the statistics about your listings on our websites. This includes Views, Unique visitors, Browsers, devices, countries, referrers, button clicks, and visits.

Vendor Dashboard:

This area is for those who wish to add a store and products to our website. This dashboard is separate, and if you have not registered to use this facility, please do so before continuing. In this area, you can set up your store, add, amend and see products, payment history and commission charges, etc. For further information, see our Vendor/Shop Knowledge Base section

My Listings:

This is the section which manages your listings. You can add, amend and delete different listings as you wish. You can also break down the stats to per listing, promote a listing (ideal for events!), or change membership options (for example, if you are on basic membership and would like to upgrade to our advanced membership). Promotions:

As just mentioned, for an additional cost, we can promote your listing to stand out from other listings on our website. This is an idea, especially for Events and Commercial properties. As part of the promotional package, we will also add it to our own social media platforms. For further information about promotions, please see the separate article.

Bookmarks:

If when you are looking around our website and you wish to save a listing which does not belong to you, you can bookmark this. In this section, any listing you saved will show up here.

Account Details:

This is where you can see your account details, including your username (email address) and you can also change your password.

Affiliate Account:

We offer you or your organisation the opportunity to make some money from us. If you wish to join our affiliate program, this section is where you will have your affiliate dashboard, get unique links, see commissions and statistics, settings, and download creatives.
