How do I reset my password?

Note: This function only works if you registered using a e-mail address when registering your account. If you registered using Google account, we cannot reset the password.

If you have forgotten your password:

• Click on the “Sign In” or the “User Icon“
• Click on the “Sign In” label at the top of the box
• Scroll down and click on “Forgot Password“.
• Enter your email address you used to register with us. You will then if it is the correct email account, receive a email with a link to reset your password. (Please check your spam filters. Emails usually arrive less than 5 minutes)
• If you cannot remember the email account you registered, please contact us and one of our team will help you to get back in to your account.

If you are logged in already:

• Go to your account dashboard
• Click on “Account”
• Enter your current password first and then enter your new password twice in the boxes provided. Click on save and then the new password will be active.
