How do I add my Location to my Listings?

Our High Streets use a HyperLocal SEO technique to help you promote your business locally as well as within your sector. We have already added over 3000 Cities, Towns and Villages into our Region section, and you can add up to 2 different locations if required on your listing.

Region:
In the Region Box, start typing your exact place your business is located. For example, if you are in a village in Shropshire, use the village name. You can add more than one region to your listing. For example, if you trade on a market in Derby City Centre but your business is registered somewhere else, then add the Derby City Centre first, then the region where your business is located.

Maps:
Our High Streets use Google Maps for their listings. Type your Business address in the map box, and it should automatically find it. In some cases, say you are located on the 2nd floor, etc., search for the property address first and click on this, then add the “2nd Floor”, but do not click any further buttons.

If, for some reason, the map cannot find you. You can add the coordinates manually. First, open up another window/tab on your device and go to Google Maps and do a search lookup for your location. Once the page is loaded, you need to look at the browser bar and copy the longitude and Latitude coordinates.

Back on Our High Streets website, click on the text that says “Enter coordinates manually” and paste each of the coordinates into their boxes. Click the button on the map to save these, and then add the business address in the bar, but do not press any other buttons.

If you have two separate addresses (trading address and business address) add the trading address first, then repeat the process to add the business address second. Both will then show up on your listing.
